Sanjam Preet Kaur, M.sc in Nutrition/ certified Ayurvedic practitioner & govt. Certified yoga directs Prana Nutrition & Yoga center. Her journey started when she was 13 years old, thriving to make a name in Lawn tennis where she started realizing the importance of a Nutrition and mental toughness. She has first hand experience in sports and has worked with Swimmers, gymnasts, Triathletes & lawn tennis players.
She is passionate about yoga, ayurveda and mental wellness. Her inquisitive mind led to a beautiful journey with the Art of Living, in 2013 and there was no looking back. She wants to give back the knowledge and help people around achieve their physical & mental health
